Katie and Josh Butler of Nashville, Tennessee, were ecstatic to discover that they were expecting their first child. They had always desired children and were delighted at the opportunity to have one. However, fate had different intentions for their family. Due to respiratory fаіɩᴜгe, tracheomalacia, and pulmonary hypertension, he was on a trach-vent. Fortunately, Brax’s health was anticipated to improve as he aged. Katie and Josh had a distinct idea of what they wished to accomplish. They fostered Brax until September 2017, when they were ultimately able to adopt him. Brax’s condition began to recover as soon as they brought him home.
