Birmingham, Alabama — This story speaks about Lewis, a severely neglected and abused dog, that was saved by Two by Two Animal Rescue.

The dog had very painful and severe mange! He was tossed out of his owner’s moving car! The owner wanted him to die, as it was a deserted place! Thankfully, the entire turn of events was witnessed by a kind person, who called the rescue for help.

Lewis was taken to the vets, where he received the care and treatment he needs. A specialized woman in the caring of neglected and abused animals called Lisa Hall is now taking care of Lewis, who still needs a long time to be completely recovered!
