Two puppies, in great pain, urgently needed help after a porcupine attacked them.

There are animals that are used to getting into certain troubles in unexpected ways, because they are not aware of the dangers they often run. The important or most gratifying thing is to know that despite the circumstances, there are still people willing to help them.

As it has turned out in the following story, in which a group of Guatemalans came together to help a couple of stray dogs that were attacked by a porcupine.

The duo of puppies were seen by the neighbors, who were moved by their sad situation. They were in pain and they were very afraid.

The puppies’ faces and bodies were full of spikes.

Apparently these puppies had an unfriendly encounter with a porcupine or a whole family of them, since their faces and especially their snouts were covered with prickles that characterizes the aforementioned rodents.

After seeing them wandering around the city, a Facebook user named Flores Sharito asked for help for them.

In the publication, Flores reported that upon seeing the dogs in pain, a group of neighbors had come to help them, but there were numerous spikes and they could not finish the job.

“Good night all. On Sunday (May 3) these puppies were attacked by a  porcupine.

Some neighbors we take care of them with the help of a food delivery man.

Unfortunately we were not able to remove all the spikes . This afternoon they arrived at the La Montaña bakery, which is in sources and still has them,” Flores wrote.

Flores attached to the story some painful images in which the puppies are seen with their spikes but the despair of the little animals is also observed , who hit their paws on their snouts in an attempt to get rid of that torture. However, each attempt by them turned out to be worse.

In their desperate struggle they hurt themselves more and buried the spikes in their skin.

It was evident that they needed help, for this reason Flores called on acquaintances and other users to offer the puppies a helping hand.

«So I ask everyone who wants to collaborate tomorrow at 3:00 pm or 4:00 pm to come to this place and try to grab them to extract the ones that are still in their bodies.

They are stray dogs, they are not aggressive, they are just fearful. Of course, I appreciate your cooperation. Thank you very much », he finished in the publication.

Although they warned that the matter could be somewhat complicated because the animals were quite fearful, but not aggressive, the users of the networks did not take long to express themselves and moved, they agreed to collaborate with this noble cause.

Many came to the call to help the two puppies who needed to relieve the pain they felt . Both would be forever grateful for the solidarity of those who were moved and not indifferent to their suffering.

Thanks to the good will of Flores and his interest in helping these furry ones, his invitation had the required assistance and, although it was not easy to locate the strays again, other neighbors helped the volunteers to find their whereabouts .

After hours of work and pampering to gain the trust of the furry ones, they were free of the thorns. The only thing they need now is the opportunity to be adopted by a family that is willing to protect and love them without conditions, as they deserve.

The agony of these puppies is over and they are free of pain. I hope someone is encouraged to give them a new home too! Thanks to social networks they were able to receive help.
