He was named after Sarah Hamilton, his human mother. And it is that, there is no better nickname for this nice and spoiled canine.

Hamilton said the first time he saw it, its color reminded him of one of those famously tasty Oreo MacFlurry ice creams.

“He came to us from Omaha, Nebraska, which is about a 1,700-mile drive, to Northern California. We are a newly married couple and we felt that this was a great time to start our little family. He also has a chameleon brother,” Sarah said.

One of the most characteristic curiosities of chow-chows is that this type of specimen can weigh about 38 kilograms and grow like giants. In addition, they eat like lions and behave, like Chief in quite unexpected ways.

“We named him Chief because he will grow to 35kg, and also because he is definitely a leader, not a follower. He came to us fully potty trained at 8 weeks and is very well behaved, learns very quickly”, added the human mother of the particular and beautiful furry.

Chief has his own accounts on social networks, which he takes advantage of to show himself in images sharing beautiful moments of leisure and healthy fun with his loved ones.

Definitely, the dog, whatever its breed or age is a fascinating animal. Faithful, affectionate, intelligent, friendly, cheerful, always willing to please us and infect us with something of his playful sense of life.
