For a new-born baby, everything seems very overwhelming and difficult to overcome without the care of the mother. That’s why when these defenseless creatures, whatever their species, are orphaned, drifting, our hearts clench.

A poor fox cub, just a few days old, sadly and desperately wanders through a wasteland, with little chance of survival .While looking for something to eat among the leaves, as if by miracle, he could see a couple.

The little fox immediately understood that it would be his only chance to be saved, and without hesitation twice he began to chase them, begging for help.

The couple couldn’t help but be emotional, leaving him there alone, malnourished, unable to eat, was not an option.

She was shivering from the cold and her pitiful cry showed her despair. 

Immediately, they gently held him in their arms so that he would not be afraid, and they wrapped him in robes. Something that babies appreciate.

He has the most touching look ever

When they got to his house, they fed him, but he could barely stand. After receiving the first basic care: a clean bath, a warm bed, and lots of love, it is urgent to see a veterinarian.

There, they discovered that  the furry’s head was full of fleas that were driving him crazy.

He weighed less than half a kilo

The vet told them that he would have a long way to go, and that he needed a lot of care, which his mother would have given him.

So the couple did not hesitate to take him home to make him the darling of the home along with a puppy and a kitten, who adopted him as their own.

The lucky little fox got the best little brothers who did not stop watching over him

Thus began an exciting but slow road to recovery. She began to have all the comforts, like a little bed and a space just for him, so she could eat and rest.

In addition, he had a very large garden at home, where he began to develop a wonderful friendship with the other pets.

In a matter of a month, the little boy gained weight, recovered the brightness of his eyes and his fur. He never saw him again with teary eyes, and the shy and vulnerable little animal was left behind, who was fighting for his life in a forest.

It even changed its color, and was transformed into an agile and young fox of a characteristic orange color, with the strong and adventurous spirit, typical of any specimen of its species.

That couple were her angels sent from heaven and now her life is as happy as it deserved.

Although the story does not yet end with their release into their natural habitat, this is probably the next step after making sure they are not in any danger.

It is impressive how destiny is in charge of placing angels at the right time and in the right place to save the little animals that need it most. I wish everyone would act like them.

It is to be appreciated that the little fox found them on his way, before falling into the hands of a predator, and we are not necessarily talking about a wild animal, but about the human being who is often the worst threat to these innocent creatures.

It’s a great story that can inspire others to take action whenever they can. Heaven will be full of souls who think of animals first.
