We certainly cannot understand how there are people with a heart of stone, human beings who embarrass us. How to understand someone who claims to be human and lets his pet die? What kind of human being is that that before his eyes his pet fades day by day and continues indolent before that look of love that manifests a plea and does not reach his conscience?

It is not about a movie, it is the case of this dog, who was able to be rescued on the verge of death, literally at the last minute the rescue personnel arrived to not let that breath disappear forever.

In Brazil in the area of  Montes Claros, Brazil , a miserable woman, lacking in feeling, simply got bored with her pet, as if it were a toy of an item that went out of style.

This despicable being notified an animal protector that she was bored with her pet and did not want it. She threatened to leave her on the street if they didn’t take responsibility for her. It would have been better if she had left her on the street long before warning her, surely someone would have rescued her and would have saved this noble dog days of suffering and agony.

When the staff who work at the animal protection agency arrived at the house, they couldn’t believe what they were seeing . Patricia Gomes, responsible for the protector who went to the place of abandonment, commented that upon arrival they verified the serious condition in which the dog was found.

Her physical condition and her health were totally compromised, she was in a complete state of malnutrition, dehydrated, a thread away from taking her last breath, tied to a chain.

Why let die who has given you so much? Why leave an innocent being in agony? Where is the soul of this woman?

The staff pointed out that the words of the person in charge of the state of his pet told him that he was a little malnourished… A little! .. Do these images tell us about a little malnutrition?

Patricia commented that she was practically dead when they arrived . When given water, her reaction was to drink with such desperation that it seemed that she had gone days without even tasting any fresh liquid.

Akita, is the name of this noble dog, she was urgently transferred to a veterinarian to receive the necessary medical attention. The first vet who saw her indicated that it was a matter of hours for this dog to take her last breath. The average weight of her must be approximately 19 kilos and she only weighed only 7 kilos.

The veterinarian Claudia Pormmam commented that when she was received at the clinic she did not react, without hesitation and without coming out of astonishment at what they were seeing, they began to hydrate her with serum, feed her through a tube and give her antibiotics.

Through social networks, this miracle has been made known, and in the face of the behavior of this insensitive woman, the responses have been total repudiation and indignation. This woman is so brazen that she has filed for custody again to get Akita back. The authorities cannot believe such audacity and lack of respect for life and justice. She should be in prison!

Barbara Honorato, lawyer, regrets that there is no hotline for complaints of animal abuse in the city, as well as the lack of shelters to receive these animals that are victims of animal cruelty, there is only one and it is overflowing.

In the city, the reporting process is not effective, it must be done through the military police, who go to the place accompanied by a veterinarian to confirm the damage that the animal may present. In case of presenting aggression, the person responsible can be sentenced from 1 to 4 years in prison , with the aggravating circumstance if the animal dies as a result of the injuries presented.
