This type of chicken is identical to normal chickens except that they have no feathers and grow very quickly because they do not need to spend energy to grow feathers.
Because all the nutrients the chickens eat will be converted into meat, not divided into feather growth, so the chickens will grow faster.
In addition, raising this type of chicken does not cost much for cooling systems on farms or having to pluck chicken feathers.
However , this type of chicken has many weaknesses such as being susceptible to parasites, mosquitoes, skin diseases, sunburn and being affected by temperature changes.
Poultry experts have objected to this research, arguing that featherless chickens cannot be healthy.
