Jatni: A pet dog saved his master’s life after a fierce fight with a poisonous snake near Jatni Chhak township here on Monday night.
According to the sources, a cobra was entering the residence of Amin Sarif, who was fast asleep on Monday night. The dog saw a snake and began to bark. The match between the two began and continued for quite some time. However, the dog died from the snake bite.
Family members expressed their pain over the death of the faithful pet. They buried the body of the dog in the backyard of his house. The sources also said that the snake was also killed in the fight.
